All coaching programs and services offered by Lombardo Coaching LLC are considered digital services and coaching experiences.

Due to the nature of coaching and digital program access, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Once a program or coaching container has been purchased, no refunds will be issued.

If a client is unable to participate in a scheduled program or coaching session, they may contact us to discuss possible rescheduling options when applicable. However, missed sessions or unused portions of a program are not refundable.
