About
Many people reach moments in life when the next step is not immediately clear — a transition in studies, career, leadership, or personal life that calls for deeper reflection and direction. I work with young adults and professionals who find themselves at these crossroads and are seeking clarity, grounded confidence, and a deeper understanding of their path forward.
Over the years, I have often heard the same reflection from experienced professionals and leaders in their 40s or 50s: “I wish I had understood these things earlier.” With greater self-awareness, confidence, and clarity about their values, many realize they might have made different choices — in their careers, relationships, and the way they navigated opportunities and challenges.
That insight is one of the reasons I care so deeply about this work. The clarity, self-trust, and grounded confidence that coaching can cultivate are not lessons that need to wait until midlife. They can be developed much earlier — helping individuals move through important decisions with greater alignment, courage, and direction.
My interest in coaching is both professional and deeply personal. Like many people I work with today, I have experienced moments in life that required rethinking direction, identity, and purpose. Those experiences strengthened my conviction that clarity, self-awareness, and supportive guidance can transform the way we move through complex decisions and life transitions.
My professional background spans international education, academia, United Nations agencies, intergovernmental organizations, and NGOs, where I spent years working on human development initiatives across cultures, systems, and institutions. These environments exposed me to complex decision-making contexts and diverse leadership dynamics, shaping a deeply systemic and human-centered perspective.
I hold advanced academic training in economics, macroeconomics, and statistics and have worked on macro-finance, intergovernmental, and rural development projects — experience that continues to inform my analytical, structured, and systems-based approach to coaching.
Alongside my professional path, I have continuously trained in leadership, emotional intelligence, neuroscience, coaching, and the Integrative Enneagram — a powerful framework for understanding personality patterns, motivations, and leadership dynamics. This work allows individuals to recognize unconscious patterns, develop deeper self-awareness, and lead with greater clarity and authenticity.
Today, as a Career, Leadership, and Business Coach, I support individuals who want to align purpose, skills, and action — without burning out or shrinking themselves.
My approach is integrative, practical, and human: combining structure with discernment, strategy with inner clarity, and accountability with compassion.
My coaching approach is also informed by Christian wisdom and biblical principles. I often reference insights from the Bible as a source of timeless guidance on leadership, purpose, and personal growth. People of all backgrounds and beliefs are welcome, and clients are always free to engage with these references in whatever way feels meaningful to them.
