A Story I Have Never Forgotten
A while ago, at an event, I met a retired gentleman who had studied the same field I once studied: international economics and development.
Early in his life, he had been offered an opportunity to work in international development through a government organization.
But when the moment came to say yes, he became afraid.
The opportunity felt meaningful, but it also felt uncertain.
So instead, he chose a safer and more conventional path and went on to work on Wall Street for nearly 30 years.
When I asked him whether he ever regretted that decision, he answered immediately.
He said, “Oh gosh, yes. Every single day.”
What struck me most was not only his answer, but how quickly it came.
There was no hesitation.
Just the clarity of someone who had lived long enough to know that certain decisions shape the course of an entire life.
That conversation stayed with me.
Because it reminded me how important it is to do the deeper inner work early, before years go by and choices become harder to change.

I have also worked with young adults standing right at the beginning of their future, full of potential, but unsure of what they were truly capable of.
One young client came to me believing she was not smart enough to pursue medical school.

If you are unable to attend live, recordings will be available so you can engage at your own pace.
Participants who cannot attend a session live are welcome to submit questions in advance (no later than Monday at 12:00 PM Eastern Time).

Meet Your Coach
My name is Lucia Lombardo, and I am an iEQ9 certified Enneagram practitioner and a certified Leadership Coach.
For years, I have worked with individuals seeking greater clarity, growth, and leadership development.
My background includes:
coaching in personal and professional development
leadership work connected with international environments
guiding individuals toward deeper self-understanding through the Enneagram
Much of this kind of work is often available only through high-level private coaching and significant financial investment.
But I believe these tools should be available much earlier in life.
Not only once someone has already spent years feeling uncertain, misaligned, or disconnected from their deeper potential.
That belief is what inspired me to create this challenge.
My work integrates psychological insight, leadership development, and the wisdom of the Enneagram.
As a Christian, my approach is also informed by reflection on Scripture and the Christian spiritual tradition. While this challenge is open to people of all backgrounds, faith and the search for deeper meaning shape the perspective I bring to this work.

No prior experience with the Enneagram is required. The program introduces the framework in a clear and practical way, making it accessible for beginners while still offering valuable insights for those already familiar with it.

Yes. During Week 1 of the program, participants will complete the Integrative Enneagram IEQ9 assessment, which provides the personalized report used throughout the challenge.
Many participants say that the Enneagram report alone provides insights that significantly deepen their self-awareness even before the challenge fully begins.

If you have completed the IEQ9 Integrative Enneagram assessment within the last three years, you do not need to retake it.
However, if your previous assessment was taken through a different platform or online test, you will still be asked to complete the IEQ9 assessment, as the program is specifically designed around this report.
